Alexei Urmanov started to
skate after watching skating on TV. He soon proved to be very talented and is coached by
Alexei Mishin for almost ten years now. Alexei lives with his mother Galina in St.
Petersburg.
His career has many up and downs, but Alexei
is one of the technically best and most elegant skaters of the world. He is Olympic
Champion, European Champion and won the ISU Grand Prix. In 1998 he
turned pro. |
